Becca Anderson

Becca Anderson has been involved within all aspects of the pageantry arts as a designer, instructor, performer, and adjudicator for over 25 year.  She was first introduced to the color guard activity at Tarpon Springs High School.  Her other performing experiences included Carolina Crown, The Company Independent World Colour Guard, and The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps.  As an educator she had the opportunity to instruct and design for programs including WGI Scholastic World Finalist and BOA Finalist - Lawrence Central High School, WGI and BOA Finalist O'Fallon Township High School, WGI Gold Medalist - Cascades Independent, and other WGI and BOA Finalists including North by Northwest IO, Friendswood HS and Tarpon Springs High School.  Becca currently resides in Maui, HI as a full time visual designer for programs throughout the United States. She is currently an adjudicator for WGI, DCI, and BOA.

Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson has been involved in the world of pageantry for almost 40 years. Mike spent many seasons as a performer and was drum major for the Blue Devils Drum Corps. He has served as an adjudicator for Drum Corps International for 30 years, for Winter Guard International for 25 years, and for Bands of America for 20 years. He has adjudicated for the newly formed WGI Winds division as well as Winter Guard United Kingdom and Winter Guard Netherlands. Mike was pleased to be an adjudicator and clinician for the very first WGI regionals in Malaysia in 2015. He has judged for Drum Corps Japan many times, and is the current Judges Coordinator for the Indiana High School Color Guard Association. Mike serves as a program coordinator and visual designer for numerous marching bands and winter guards throughout the United States. Mike has been involved with O’Fallon Township BOA Grand National Finalist marching band and WGI finalist winter guard, The Northern Lights Independent World Winter Guard as well as the Lawrence Central Scholastic World Winter Guard.

Jeffrey Capponi

Jeffrey Capponi began his pageantry career in 2004 at Century High School in Portland, Oregon and through the years performed with Oregon Crusaders, Cascades, The Madison Scouts, The Blue Devils, North by Northwest Winter Guard and Oregon Crusaders Indoor percussion. He has worked with numerous high school Color guards, marching Bands, and Drum Corps which include Oregon Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, BOA and WGI Finalist O'Fallon Township HS, WGI Finalist Dartmouth HS, WGI Finalist Friendswood HS, WGI Finalist Oregon Crusaders Independent (Director and Designer), Lux Independent Winter guard and has been the Color Guard Director and Designer for Maui High School since 2017. Jeff currently resides in Eagle, Idaho as a full time designer and choreographer for programs throughout the United States. Outside of the activity you can usually catch Jeff out for a run, playing with his gorgeous pup Georgia or supporting his local wineries and breweries.
